實驗室(shi)量(liang)熱儀的(de)構造和特(te)點
量熱儀采(cai)用單片機系(xi)統控制,自動(dong)實現攪拌(ban)、點火、數據采(cai)集和(he)處(chu)理、顯示儀器狀(zhuang)態、聲(sheng)響(xiang)提示或(huo)報警、打(da)(da)印輸出測(ce)定(ding)結果。采(cai)用臥式分體(ti)結構(gou),中文(wen)液晶顯示屏,系(xi)統有煤(mei)炭和(he)生料(liao)兩種選(xuan)項,可以(yi)檢測(ce)發(fa)熱量(liang)低的生料(liao),內(nei)置(zhi)微型(xing)打(da)(da)印機自動(dong)打(da)(da)印結果。
量(liang)熱儀由可(ke)分(fen)離的兩(liang)大(da)部分(fen)組成:左(zuo)側是(shi)恒溫式(shi)量(liang)熱筒(tong)(俗稱(cheng)方箱),右(you)側則(ze)是(shi)儀器的電(dian)氣測(ce)控箱。兩(liang)部分(fen)通過(guo)電(dian)纜(lan)連接。量(liang)熱筒(tong)包括外殼、外套筒(tong)、內筒(tong)(小筒(tong))、氧彈、可(ke)自由開(kai)啟和閉合的上蓋(俗稱(cheng)大(da)蓋)等。
內(nei)(nei)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)攪拌器、內(nei)(nei)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)測溫探頭和點(dian)火(huo)中心電(dian)極(ji)均安(an)裝在大蓋(gai)上(shang)(shang),外筒(tong)(tong)(tong)測溫探頭固定在外套(tao)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)外壁上(shang)(shang)。外套(tao)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)外殼(ke)也是(shi)點(dian)火(huo)回路(lu)的(de)一部(bu)分。在方(fang)箱(xiang)的(de)后(hou)背下端設有(you)放水(shui)口(kou)和溢水(shui)口(kou),方(fang)箱(xiang)的(de)上(shang)(shang)面沒有(you)注水(shui)口(kou)。試驗時(shi)套(tao)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)夾層(ceng)中充(chong)滿水(shui),小筒(tong)(tong)(tong)按(an)要求加水(shui)后(hou)放在套(tao)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)內(nei)(nei),由支架來(lai)限定小筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)位置使其居中,將(jiang)裝好試樣、充(chong)過氧(yang)氣的(de)氧(yang)彈放在內(nei)(nei)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)是(shi)三個(ge)金屬支腳上(shang)(shang),合(he)上(shang)(shang)大蓋(gai),既可開始進(jin)行試驗。
